Home Use Testing

Home Use Tests provide feedback from a more natural and authentic consumer experience, and tests can be run over a number of days or weeks to highlight peaks or troughs in levels of consumer acceptance.

Wirral Sensory Services (WSS) has a large database of respondents available to participate in Home Use Tests which allows us to select respondents based on specific criteria such as age, socio-demographics, eating habits and gender.

WSS ensure that all samples and questionnaires are distributed and collected by our staff. This guarantees that products are delivered on time and all questionnaires are collected. It also allows us to issue test instructions directly to the respondents and make sure products arrive in pristine condition.

The technology we have at WSS allows participants to complete questionnaires on our bespoke software either on home computers or Smartphones. We have live access to these results which are then collated and analysed by our in house management team.
